I applied for my immigration from NEW Delhi in June 2001 i got my file # in 2002.
I n the meanwhile i moved to canada on B1 visa . I have been living in canada since then.

I want to know when would i get my immigration its been 52 months i am waiting When i go online the status shows in process.

i am also married to canadian landed immigrant.

should she apply for my sponsor in canada or should we go to india and apply for sponsor.

Please advise.

Consult a lawyer. You should have done it long back.
Once you are in the country, whether it's US or Canada, things move more faster then if you are outside. Lawyers know lot of laws that can help you to get the PR sooner. NewDelhi Q sucks. Everybody has burnt their fingures.
