come on guys. i am here as a student. i applied for immigration in india. so they asked me to send my passport to delhi, i sent it with my relative, i got my passport back in india with stamp on it. so now i need it here to finish immigration formalities.
hope you understand what i mean.

Well, you are supposed to request CIC to move your immigration file to Buffalo if you are now living in Canada. You did not comply with the rules and hence you have the problem.

Well I think u r the one who understand this case more than anyone!
He was on student visa and had applied for PR at delhi. He is legally living as student and got visa for PR status. The only mistake he made is not moving file to buffalo as u said.
Now when did I say I support bringing PP by mail or by some person?
He is only asking someway around this problem (IF there is any)!!

Shahid_candy tried to beat the system (i.e. not informing CIC to transfer his file to Buffalo and then sending his passport to India). Now he is on the forum asking for advice. I don't know what advice I can give him in this situation. I am not sure even if an immigration lawyer can give advice on this situation given the fact that Shahid_Candy seems more like someone trying to act extra smart and beat the system rather than an victim of his ignorance.

Look smart_guy I get your point abt using strong language on the board.. but that's why special chars are used.. they convey the feeling without actually spelling it out.. It's accepted netiquette.. but I get why you would frown upon it..
Now toward bigger point.. you know when society suffers.. when decent folks either ignore or abet law-breaking, tweaking, or otherwise taking advantage .. when one person streches the line just a little bit and very soon that line becomes okay.. and then another streches it some more.. and very soon you actually start society accepting the norm.. bad things loose their shock value.. first time terrorist killed ppl in India we didn't say anything.. now pakistan thinks it can bomb Indian towns and cities at wish..
first time someone offered money to some guy to make his file move faster and the other guy who was looking at that but didn't say anything coz \"it didn't really hurt anyone just to make 1 guy get benefit\" and now look at the endemic corruption thro' entire Indian society.. !
This guy thinks it's okay to come on board and start scheming illegal actions coz it's \"desi\" board and \"chalata hai\" and who cares.. very soon we all come under the scanner and no desi in Canada or anywhere else is above repproch then.. well .. I couldn't stop corruption in India.. but Damned if I am going to sit back and allow this board descent into some type of scheming forum where law-breakers find refuge.. !! it's not right.. and it's not fair to those thousands who are patiently waiting in India playing by the rules.. I really wish we make example of this *$$(# so that people think twice before coming here asking for illegal advise on a public forum..
Would you allow some guy piss all over public garden in front of your house just becoz he couldn't find one nearby and now he's there anyways..?? so how is it any different..?? this is not public forum to try and circumvent canadian laws and scheme to remake canada in the worst mirror -image of South asian corruption.. Us decent folks have duty to raise voice.. if we think this board.. this country is worth saving..! I think it is.. what say you..?
Mr. Shahid.. take a right turn and .. go to hell.. it's right down below there..

hi guys,
seems like you all guys are here to confuse me and make my problem worse, so better dont advice me what i had to do. the thing is done now so advice me how to do it again.

my relative tried to bring it here but he was caught on airport coz of his stupidness.

After your relative was caught at airport..... .....authorities shipped your passport to India Residence of yours.....appears to be a very consumer friendly airport authority.....what happened to your relative....he was allowed in Canada or shipped back to India along with your Passport.....appears like some brain storming session.......why not get your passport this time stuffed somewhere authorities may not look for or snif it out......you know what I mean? ......if that fails we will think of another way to get in your passport.....don't worry authorities appear to be very friendly ......like playing chuppa chuppie with you.....if caught it is new daav'.......
