The passposrt that I used at landing is now expired. I now have a new passport. Can anyone please let me know which passport I should send wiht my PR application. Also I don't remember the exact dates of arrival and departure. How important is this and what are the reasons that I should provide for the departures. What are the documents required for PR card. I will greatly appreciate your reply.

the PR card application kit is self-explanatory. Put down dates as honestly/accurately as you can remember.

Use current passport.

Thank you for your prompt response. Should I also send the copy of old passport. Is the copy of passport required. Also, am I supposed to give the full reson for going out. For example "Visit" or "Visit my friend XYZ". What if I went to several cities. Am I supposed to put the name of all cities or just the first one. Thanks.

Try to be as accurate as possible. If there's no space on the form, use extra sheet.
