Dear Mr. Masood , i respect you as you are a senior on this forum and i also believe that you are an expert in your field. However, I wish to advise that it is possible to track the status of an ongoing file through the system i talk of, prvoided you know people in the department personally or professionally. I see nothing wrong in requesting the department or its staff to give us information if it helps an applicant. It is also not possible to do this check all the time. We happen to have a friend who is extremely helpful in letting us know the information and over the years, it has really been a blessing to all our clients. At times, we have also been obliged by the person send an email to CHC regarding a few cases where our written correspondence had yieled no result. E client status is quite informative but is usually not up to date compared to the Ottawa office. We are especially finding it extremely helpful since Ottawa office can check internally with the processing embassy if there is an inordiate dealy. I am copying here one status of an applicant who had contacted me through this forum itself. It took us one day. The report we retreived was
"He has had his medicals and criminality passed. At the present time, the security clearance has not been received. The file is coming up for review by a visa officer on November 30, 2003 and if the security clearance is still not received, a request will be sent out by the visa officer to have it done. If the clearance is satisfactory then visas will be issued."
Eclient status has never been this detailed and informative. Don't you agree ? I have been using this service for my clients since 1998 and it really soothes the anxiety of my clients not matter how insignificant this info. might be in our opinon. Many times, we do a casual check and find out a good surprise even when we have not yet received any correspondnce by mail.
It is truly enlightening. Is it not ? I will be happy to conduct such a check for any of your client if you can provide me with a file number and name and place of file submission.
Of course, there will be times when we will not have our contact person in office and during those days, we will not be able to get anything.
I will be glad to help anytime. I forget to mention that every applicant must sign and fax a brief authority letter in our favor before we can check from Ottawa. This can be emailed to any applicant and then faxed back to us. I also wish to clarify that we do not have any office or representation in India and we are really not interested in taking any cases from India at this time. Our main market is UAE and the Gulf region and we are on this forum mearly to provide any support or help we can with our experience and knowledge to any applicant. This service is offered Free of Charge. However in future, depending on the amount of inquires , we may continue to offer this service on this forum or may decide only to restrict to our clients in the Gulf. It will all depend on how many inquires we receive from this forum and if the workload will permit.
