Yes. It is now illegal to donate / raise funds for LTTE. I had often observed how many Srilanka Tamils in Canada react when the topic of LTTE comes up about on our discussion. They are afraid to critisize any thing about LTTE when in public places.

2.What did the IPKF(Indian Peace Keeping Force) do in Sri Lanka. It sided with the Sri Lankan army and plundered and raped the tamils.
