Are there any Taco bell fast food center in and around Toronto?

If not, are mexican pizzas available anywhere?

Taco bell fast food joint are located around the GTA. In some big shopping malls,you may find it. Since you said that you were around Queensway, there is one near the intersection of 427 and Queensway.
No idea if they serve what you want.

I live near Erin mills and QEW intersection in Mississauga.

There is a Taco bell near the intersection of Creditview Road and Brittania in Mississauga that serves Mexican Pizza.

Well most of the Taco Bell don't serve Mexican Pizza

But i know one that does. It's in scarborough. IT's on Markham RD. Markham & Lawrance. But u can try other Taco Bell as well to find out if they do

The one in Brampton serves mexican pizza.
What I miss is the veggie wrap which is not available in Canada. Its available in USA. One is enough to fill my tummy.
