Where can i find my PR Number. Is this information given on the PR Card? If yes then where? If not then where can i find it.

Normally it is the number on the back top left corner of the PR card that might start off as RB123456....

Are you sure? I called CIC and they said the PR number is the one that is on the right of the picture?

PR Number (clint ID) is one on the right side of your picture on your PR card it is like this

When you check the progress of the citizenship appl, there are several options including PR card no, client ID, file no, etc. I always use PR card number as the option. That clearly states that the PR card number is the one on the back right top corner as I said before.
Again, there are other numbers marked on the PR card that could be used as a reference number.
As the original poster has done, it is best to call CIC and ask them. They are the experts.

Dimple, earlier u had said top left corner and then right corner 
not being picky..just an observation.
