Hi! Guys
I am wondering if I can land in Calgary and use address of my friend who is in Toronto for PR and SIN?
Since I will be moving from one place to another initially I feel it will be more secure.

I think you can do that.
A lot of people land in either Vancouver or Toronto because those are the biggest international airport, but are actually going to some other city.
I would imagine this is quite common.
The only exception is Quebec, because they have a separate immigration criteria.

If you enter via Toronto and go to Calgary, your papers such as PR are not processed at Toronto. They will ask the address for mailing PR card at Calgary airport.
I hate calling call centers (too much waiting, press this number and that number!) but still here is one number 1 800 255-4541 for PR card (The number is for calling from within Canada)
