The free Victoria day fireworks show. It is held at Ashbridges bay for Toronto residents.
And BTW, where are you located? Are you in the GTA?
Also if in the GTA, get a one day TTC pass and get to see Toronto. Take all the routes and watch the landscape/ urban design/ buildings etc...

Where do they have the fireworks? Yes we are in GTA and live in Downtown. Maybe we all should plan something fun... good way to meet also?

Take a look at :
http://www.ontarioplace.com/en/marina/marina.html

The is the link for Ontariop place which is next to CNE. i think you might have to pay to go in to see fireworks etc. But most people go to the lakeshore right next to it. Its crowded with loads of people and icecream vans. hot dogs stands. just get there early to enjoy the evening breeze etc and grab a spot ;)

People drive their cars right up o the lakeshore and on this day noone says anything.

Btw this is the Jameson exit of the QEW.

we plan to bike down to the Ontario place so that we don't have to be caught in the rut. Also, if people are interested in going to an open air theatre, there's one by the lake front as well.... I thought it was interesting that they have one so wanted to pass the info along... we plan to go this sunday

Hi!
Where do you plan to rent Bikes and Helmets?
if you could tell the forum the cost and location, it would be helpful for many people.
