Thanks Fido, you are right, I am an Accountant..

As for "Red Flag" mark... sorry I am not aware of any "Red flag" mark criterion...

Hi,
You can also claim some portion (keep it less than 25%) of your mortgage interest, Water bills, energy and electricity bills along with property tax
