Hi Desis
I have done B.Sc Physics and M.B.A ( Markeitng Management ) from University of Madras, Chennai
How World Eduction Society will evaluate my Qualification. Will WSA certify that M.B.A from Univeristy of Madras equal to M.B.A of Canadian university.
If any one have Evaluated from WES. Please share your experience.

I have also applied thro wes on feb 28 . then ihave to sent all my oiginal mark lists. but now they have asked the mark lists diectly from univertsity. it is a time consuming process.

Evaluation of Foreign credentials/ certificates are important for finding employment . It also gets positive response from the immigration officer .The creditiantiall assessment are done from states to states basis like if you are going to settle in ontario you have to get it done by WES thats world education services . I aplplied for their services it took me six to seven months top get their response . I have a masters degree in Management with Hons in same subject .with 16 years education of which 4 years in university . They took all my information and sent to the univesrity i attended for thier confirmation . They do like this most of the time for the third world coountries .If you have 17 years education with 6 years in university only then you can expect that they will consider eqivalent to thier Masters . Otherwise they will give you equivalnt to their Bachaloor with which you cannot claim 25 points in education . Its of big advantage to have this evaluation done both for immigration and future employment .

Dear Cmanyam
It is not necessary when you apply for PR. But when you apply for job in good organisation or in Govt. Job they may ask you for this.
