Hi,
I did my Emissions Test in Canadian Tire. The Result was failed because high Nitrogen PPM. Can any one help me out ? Is it necessary to do the 2nd test over there ? I have Toyota 1995 model.
What could be the problem ?
Thanks
Hello,
Dont know ur ans exactly but if u r not aware, all details can be found at :
http://www.driveclean.com/
http://ca.autos.yahoo.com/maintain/answer.php?emission_control_answer2.html says "High NOX emissions are almost always due to a defective EGR valve (or some component that controls the operation of the EGR valve). "
Also if you go to "Test and Repair Centre" listed on driveclean's website, they should be able to spot the problem and repair it.
