Hi Karman 9;
Ya, Leave those Bombay (sorry Mumbai) problems behind and adopt the new ones in Canada.
Ben
Why people think once they enter Canada, all there problems will vanish in one stroke? Dear kr, please ask those ‘x’ and ‘y’ how were their first 1-2 years? That seems easy to say but very hard to experience.
After leaving my executive job in India, and during my ‘Testing Time’ in Canada, I had to surf thru' garbage to pick any usable item, accept used and ‘to be thrown’ items/ see my grown up family stay in one room basement for an year/not to eat anything or buy a pop till get home etc. etc. When I explained all this to one more senior desi, he remarked saying this is nothing compared to what they have gone thru; as they had to clean dishes at hotels to make both ends meet in addition to all above and more….
Please someone tell all the newcomers, they might have to pass thru same before they can expect something to happen, unless they come loaded with money or very exceptional luck.

Dr Dhiren, may be u can try to come alone firstly. Or bring ur wife & children, get their PR cards made and send them back. Then call them once u feel settled
