For Via Rail you can check their website :

http://www.viarail.ca/en_index.html?wt.ad=english_link_view&wt.ac=click_English_link

You can also check Grey Hound Buses

http://www.greyhound.ca/en/

Flights can also be booked for similar rates to Via and Greyhound but it might be a little too late to get a good deal.

Once you reach Montreal you might have to rent a car. Driving is only 6-7 Hours from Toronto and you can make it without much problem.

Other than these there are some so called Van services which have drop off and pick up to Montreal. You can check some local desi/tamil newspapers about them.

Check VIA rail corridor pass. It is much cheaper if you can travel not just on long weekend.

In fact we few friends are going to Montreal this long weekend. Some of us are travelling by car and few are travelling by VIA and we all will meet in Montreal.

My friend paid approximately $ 265 for VIA corridor pass for 10 days and you can travel to Montreal, Ottwa, Kingston, Quebec city and few other places in 10 days for $ 265.
