i want to persue my spouse case. i want to discuss
with that i got visa i jan2005 and i got married in
march2005. i landed here in canada on may2005 then
becoz of my father's illness i get back to india and i
am back now in july. i want to tell u that i could
notdeclare my marriage in between becoz of some
reasons. i have a son last month.can u help .

Most probably, u will have to do registered marrriage and also ritual marriage again.
You will also have to state that you have a son out of wedlock.
