Guys,
I made one addtion. Now you can see posts started by an individual.
For example this http://www.canadiandesi.com/member.php?action=profile&UID=68 will show posts started by BL.
On profile page of each member you will see a link to show topics started by that member.
You will also see a link to show topics participated by that member, however that is not an additional feature. It was there with the "Search in Charcha". If you leave the search field empty and only pass the user-id it does show you all the posts by that user-id.

The reason for my asking is that it would be easy to identify the stages of the individual who posts messages. TK, I think this would be hard to implement. We do not have counter for each member, we have unique counter for all. What you can do is, just use the new featured we implemented and look for the pages. Each page has 20 pages, so if you are looking for Raj's 200ths post, you may want to go to page number 10th.
Second, I don't think it will make sense to look for the posts by nubmers. It is the content that matters.

Having the post / thread - showing in reverse order looked odd to me in the sample link 
But (personally) I believe, reading the latest thread in the post makes sense (especially when there might be a long gap in the replies that spans into months at times)
It is something like READING and REPLYING the email, which every internet users will be aware of and used to. And this change will get usual within some days I think.

I don't think I should replace existing interface of ascending order with the reverse one. I will just add an option to see the posts in the reverse order.
