A freind of mine is inviting a family freind for a vist to Canada.

How ever he wants to send the support documents (Salary, savings Tax returns) directly to the Canadian Highcommission in Delhi for his own reasons.

He is a citizen, he has asked me where to send tthe docs, firtly I am not sure If
he can send id directly.......as will the CIC guys call the applicant ??

You can send all papers to the intending applicant, he will submit them alongwith theapplication at CHC New Delhi, Yes they will call him in person and verify all such papers.
