Hi,
I am still a Indian citizen with Canadian PR. I am gettinga offer witha Indian Company in Mumbai on Rotational basis that is 4 weeks in India ( on Job) followed by 4 Weeks off in Canada. My question is Can this Company pay my Consultancy fees/Salary in Foriegn Currency ( USD/CAD) in my Account in canada.( After deducting withholding tax). I want only the Legal option ( no shortcuts please).
All Inputs are welcome.
PS- searched RBI site but not very clear answers
