My friend has been rejected in the interview.He got 13 points for education although he submitted proof of B.A. L.L.B. he got no points for experience although he showed proof of that too.He also did not get any points for his relatives.Now how can he appeal.please help.

Ask your friend to first put this enquiry on CD himself - because he might just be collecting proofs (as appears from your post) but not having actually possessed those things!
