Aashu,
Your court date is just days away.
How have you prepared to defend yourself? Have you taken pictures of the site / drawn the accident sequence/ made a model of the accident site using cars/buses from the dollar store etc.....?
Please do share with the board your initiatives as well as how your proposed hearing went about.
Many incl. myself, have never faced a Canadian traffic judge and your experience will be a moral booster to some who may decide to defend themselves instead of paying expensive people/ agencies to represent the individual.

Advice is free – lessons I charge for!!
ok, so that argument is out of question.
any other suggestion ?
Ok, so yesterday was thee day and we appeared in the court. In short - our charges were withdrawn as the TTC driver did not appear, well he did appear but appeared 15 min late and by then, the charges were withdrawn. So its just our good luck and we saved around $ 300 for hiring an agency and $ 220 in fines and 2 points.
But just for your info TK, each case does not present itsel for more than 2 min max, most of them were 30 seconds. There is no time to present and explain.....just 2 or 3 sentences ......and there is judgement....
