I only just want to save my points. I just wanted to confirm that in the worse case scenario I will lose in the court and pay the ticket.
Is there any possiblity that the judge can change the ticket reason and ask me to pay more?

Thanks

Thanks everyone for the suggestion.

I went to the court and because of no evidence, the judge gave a decision in my favour.

Congratulations to you, must be a big relief.
Was the cop, who gave you ticket, present at that time? For how long were you there in front of judge?

Cop was also present. It took just only 5 minutes.

There was no argument in the court. The judge gave decision without questioning me. She just told me that prosecutor cancelled the ticket because of no evidence.
