Hi
Can any one help me with the following question.
I have a traffic ticket and am supposed to go to court on 3rd Mar. However I have an important meeting coming up on this date in the office. Can I request for another court date? What kind of documentation court would need to give me another date. When should the request be made?

Hi,

My hubby gets traffic tickets sometimes too and from experience I know that you can let the court know that a certain date may not be good for you and that you need another date. I'm not sure if you need special documentation or not.

You need not go even, call them and they will reschedule

Hello Mr Raj

What happened to your traffice ticket. Did you request another date. Just curious to know the outcome of your case. As i got the ticket last year in November . My traial date is set for july 22 this year.

Yes it was postponed till Dec
