How does one post a Confidential Resume on internet / workopolis or Monster.com without disclosing your name and address but may be email id. So that your current employer does not know?

It depends on how they designed the site. Most of the sites have taken this into consideration. As a result your name and contact detail will not be given to the potential employer. However if you are thinking someone figuring out from your existing company, they may be able guess who you are based your profile, even without your real name and contact info.

They have the option of keeping resume private so that your resume will not show when employers search the site for suitable candidates. You can still apply for jobs with your resume that is uploaded to the site.

Do you think any employer would even call you for interview without knowing your name if you did manage to upload resume without any contact detail except an anonymous email ID?
