At the outset I thank you very much for your profession response to my queries. Today on review some post on this Desi Form, I found a member applied in the year 2000 at Damascus being a resident of Saudi Arabia and his file is still in process at Damascus while our in process file (Business Class) been transferred to London under direction of CIC.

The reason Damascus showing for our file transferred is for the integrity of IRPA which we feel very innocuous. Could your expert shed some light for possible reason of our file transfer?

Further, I have also read your statement on this forum that the priority for all visa posts is to clear all cases within that timeline soon. What is this time frame? For some months or year? Again my query fall under the timeline jugglery but we wish to hear from you sir.

Some of my friends also get the Same like you transfer the File to London.. But when we check the Case We analize Only those files were transfer there were Cndidate filee the Option in "YES" about Question of can you travel for Interview?

Other all they keep it with them ....

I am Planing to visit Syria ...Can you give me Some Advice & Also If you have Some Accomodation Address I will be very thankfull to you .

This is not true. All file transfer issues already stopped from May 2003 unless under special circumtances.

Files now can transfer only by visa office in line with IRPA regulation. Here you are mixing our file transfer issue with Damascus 2001 announcement for those applicants who have filed their application prior to 1998 and London accepted 1700 files from Damascus.

Only experts like Masoodji can answer my question.

Visiting Canadian Embassy in Damascus will not help you to know the status. It's a big city like your Jeddah and you can easily find hotel accomodation to your choice.

Tell me what kind of engineering job you are doing in Jeddah? How did you manage for your IELT as some of the London applicants from Jeddah regrated for IELT as there is no such arrangement.
