any one with allergyic to Metaformen or any other side efects
My wife, with Sugar level 450, was prescribed insulin injections - thrice a day.
She refused to be a slave to injections. About 40 leaves of 'Neem' she would take, crush in Food processor, gulp down the bitter juice - every morning.
Within a month, the level was ' normal' enough to be controlled by mere ' a pill a day'. Then, she stopped 'neem' consumption relying only on pills, without problem.
i heard that eating lots of bitter food, such as karela and neem can affect your blood pressure, Can anyone correct me if i am right or wrong. Metformin is not good during pregnancy / if u are planning to get pregnant, thats why my doctor adviced me to take insulin - be careful of sweetner its not good for health. Best thing is to exercise and eat healthy.

my hubby attended baba ramdev's camp in mumbai
there they showed that if u press pancreas area
that is area next to your navel with your fists for 5 mins daily
u will see a good rise in ur insulin level ,people on injections
have seen good and positive results. hope this helps.

Sounds good.We have dried neem leaves.Can that be used and will it have same results.Please advice.

Read the post carefully - where there is a mention of "gulp the bitter juice". If you have dried leaves, there won't be any juice in it!

So the dried leaves are of no good use and my uncle has to continue drinking 'Karela' juice.
