Looks like that nobody bothered to figure out the solution to this problem. After a lot of discussion on different forums I concluded that the following well known statement is proved to be true which most of you might have read here and there:-

\"Out of world's 5 billion population only 70,000 people are really smart and brilliant who create the miracles.\"

I have compiled a much better solution which I invite all of you to challenge. I also know that nobody will care about to think about it until this becomes everybody's problem.

Anybody who is interested can read the solution at the following link:

I read a report from the Economist recently. Most ID theft does not occur by brute force (cracking codes or passwords) but by someone inadvertently giving information when they are not supposed to.

Also the weakest point for ID theft is when all of your personal information comes togeather. This system that you propose is one of those weak points. It is better to have your information spread out in a few places to avoid someone getting all your info in one go.

Everybody knows his/her intelligence. Definitely, you must also know what your skills are. If you know a better solution and see any flaw in my proposed solution, then you should comment and explain. I am eager to know what problems u have seen in the above solution. Please prove that this will not prevent the identity theft.

You did not post the flaws in my solution yet. Please post so that I can learn from my mistakes. In the future I will be bringing more interesting topics.

The second flaw is that this is too cumbersome to use for daily living. The third is to figure out who is going to manage this and pay for it?

And the idea of including biometrics has been around for a long time. It is only now that systems have come in place to be able to use it in real-time.

How did you realize that it is too cumbersome? It is not cumbersome from user's perspective(Except for lazy people) and at least 1000s times less painful which the person would experience once his/her identity is stolen. I added an extra security measures on top of what we have in debit cards and PR cards. How often you apply for the loan/credit cards? I remember that I got my last credit card 3 years before.
You say that adding a photograph and asking for the signature to authenticate a person is too cumbersome then there is no need to ask for the rest of the information. Just have faith on the person and grant the loan.
Look back and see why the govt has changed to issue PR card instead of just a piece of paper which we used to have.

I don't understand what u mean by 'manage this and pay for it'. Information of the person is already stored somewhere and being managed. There is no extra effort to be put in to store just the signature and photograph.

Please prove it logically and show me the exact point in my solution where u see the cost will be more than the loss which we have every year (Billion dollars..) due to identity theft.

I guarantee that once this solution is implemented( I hope that it will be implemented in future. We people never realize the problem once it surpasses its limits), it will totally stop the identity theft. Even if u hand over your information to someone, you will never face any kind of financial loss.

So before you comment, please make the point very clear.
