Dear all,

I finally got passport request ... after over 3 years (applied in Jan 2004). My question is ... do I have to send prepaid self addressed envelope or just self addressed .. as mentioned in the letter? Do you suggest any precautions sending from Dubai to London? Which couriers are recommended?
