Which internet connection/plan/company is best(based on Price & quality trade-off) for taking a high-speed internet connection in GTA ?

i guess rogers is offering high speed internet connection with norton antivirus for $ 20 a month.

Rogers has a lot of fine prints. In the end you pay much more than you ever expected.
The best internet deals are :
Primus ( I use it and it is very good and cheap.). if you have a Primus land line nothing to beat it. Comes with all features for $55 a month - all inclusive (Land line w/ voice mail w/ Caller ID) + High Speed Internet. works on VOIP technology , I belive
For my landline with Bell previously, I paid close to $38 a month without Caller ID.
ALso people say that 3Web is pretty good (Higspeed).
If you need dial up, 295.ca is the best and it is $3.16 a month.

Really?
The standard package without caller ID and call forwarding, etc. is only $19.99.
With taxes and junk fees it comes to around $23.00.
Why were you paying $38?

Looks like you have not used Bell before. The residence line is $19.99 but you will never get $23 as a bill even if you donot subsribe to anything else. There is a system access fee of $6.95 or so and I had subsribed to voice mail. Combine that with 911 charge, touch tone dialing charge and the taxes and you get $38.
I will pull out my old Bell bill and list it on the site.
Even Primus has a system access fee but it is at $2.95 or $3.95
