Why would you pay?
If you have not tempered with anything (filter) then why would you pay?
You never asked for TV ... and even if you are still receiving it - too bad. Rogers themselves are to be blamed - not you.
If I were you, I would not pay.

I dont know Maharaj , but I feel if this escalates and goes to court I would nt have any reason to use services I do not pay for ..... I have not asked for it and it is coming by default but even then .... if asked for I feel I am under an obligation to pay ....
What do others feel .... I would like to know .

even you can catch by Antena FREE of charge.
don't pay for what you get free. if they charge then just deny , they even not goes for court for this small thing thye just filter it and clos the signal.
most case in rogers are settel on phone only just you have to fight with them or even go to manager. or higher authority
