Can someone please tell me the following about getting a visitor visa for my parents who are permanent residents of Canada but otherwise travel on Indian Passport:
1. Procedure and time frame to get the visa
2. Do they have to appear in person or are seniors exempted?
3. Are seniors holding PR cards finger printed at border crossings?
4. Do they have to wait for long time at consulate in case they do have to appear in person.

1. Same procedure for all
2. Yes they have to appear in person
3. No comment
4. There is no line at consulate. You will get appointment.
