Single entry visitor visa to Canada - can visit US and come back ??

Hi,

I have single entry Visitors visa to canada and I am already in Canada (entered in Nov.) My stay validity in Canada is until April end.

If I have US visitor visa, can I go to US for tourism and come back to Canada, provided I will leave Canada by the end of April (Validity period of my stay)?

Please advise.

Single entry visitor's visa to Canada can be used as a multiple entry visa to Canada for the travel between Canada and the US, as long as the visa is valid (not expired).
