When we tried to call india we could not make it -asked tht guy-he replied it is only for local use-------:( now what will we do to that card-where will we be using it ???as landline phone at home is available to call local number.
*connection charges+card value etc=75 CAD $ just a waste we spent it seems!
Can we make any better use of tht mobile card in anyway/ to call International numbers?

2-Now bought an Int. calling card whn we dial given number on card using landline it says ,u can call 5 hrs ----for 10 $ card----very happy to hear tht and--we make call to india & start talking ---- in just 3-4 mins it finishes!
Whats all this system--can anyone explain???

I use Link2007 card and the $2.50 card gives me around 40 minutes +-5minutes.Also i buy in bulk (10/20) from a card depot and get them for $23(10 cards).
But have been getting sales calls lately from companies like Comwave and Startec who claim to have no hidden costs and no other fees for actvation etc .
what do you suggest guys?

There are some posts on the forum complaining about billing issues with Comwave. Startec charges an extra fee called "Carrier Cost Recovery Fee" on top of their call charges+tax.

Relianceindiacall.com and g3telecom.com are quite reliable but they are not the chepeast you are going to find.
