Rogers has 2 options:

1. A regular landline, which goes thru the traditional telefone line(wiring), and
2. A VOIP (which they don't openly admit it's VOIP), BUT you do NOT need a high speed for that. It goes thru your cable (TV) wiring.

Other choices would be Primus or HBC (may be)
