Well all i want to add is do not think it is free and that it does not cost you to use benefits, every year based on your usage (co. claims) , your insurance premium goes up and you / your co. has to pay it and directly / indirectly affects you.

I don't think your insurance premiums go up or down if you are in a group insurance paid by your employer.

OK, this is new to me. Perhaps it holds true for small companies.

What do you have to say about people(we can also debate on who in Canada is not an immigrant except the aboriginals) who have been here forever and are cheapskates .
They put in less change(trick the conductor by using one cent coins for $2.75 fare) in TTC buses! People of all colour and age have been caught doing that.
They shoplift in various ways and have mastered the thing. I have seen white & black people do that.
A white lady with 2 kids gets on the bus and asks the conductor if it goes to Place A and when told that it doesn't..gets down at the next stop without paying any fare.( she did that regularly at different times until she was checked and warned after a tip from some regular pessengers).
So don't just label or generalise the whole community...AND i strongly beleive most immigrants are more concious and alert not to do anything for which they may be confronted or pointed at!
Note: I am not arguing in favour of getting receipts for nothing and make money.Never do that!( here or anywhere)
