Hi,
I have exam on March 25 and i have no issue with my requirement of 1095 days.
The letter says i should carry following:
1. The letter from immigration
2. Personal ID (one with photo ID)
3. All your originals that supports your citizenship (e.g. birth certificate etc)
4. Original record of landing or Confirmation of PR
5. PR card
6. All passports and travel docs
My question for item no 3 is that i traveled only once to USA for 2 weeks prior to my application which was mentioned in the citizenship application. I do not have my birth certificate.
1. Can my passport be considered a valid document in-lieu of birth certificate?
2. What else do I need to carry with me other than those above items 1 to 6?
3. I changed my address 5 times from hotel to apartment to house etc mainly from Job perspective. Do i need to carry any of this proof? If yes then What?
4. Do i need to prove anything that i indeed came back from USA. How & What?
Thanks.
You can carry whatever documents you have. If they have doubt that you did not fulfill the residency requirements, they will send a questionnaire and then you will have to prove that you actually lived in Canada and will require address proof.
