Please share your views and experiences of yours or others experiences you are aware of on the idea of booking your own retail space.
I am considering to buy a retail space in an upcoming mall in Brampton to be completed and operational in 2011.

Are you buying this space to operate a store yourself? Or are you buying the space to rent out?

I am not too sure myself at this point of time, it is my gut feeling of price appreciation over the time frame which prompts me to consider this move, and so am seeking the opinions of seniors and experienced in this field.
