One of our family friends was enquiring about making a Will. He is wondering how a Will made by a Canadian citizen can be applied to property in India. His two sisters are in desh and he wants to give them a piece of real estate he owns in desh and wants to make sure that it is included in his Will. He wants to know if the Will made in Canada is valid in India. Should the Will be validated by the Indian High Commission? He is retired and has time to run around to get it done.
