I have applied for Canadian "PR" as a skilled worker last month. However, I have made a big mistake. Please advise.
The fees asked by CHC is 550 Canadian Dollars ... so for 2 persons it is Rs. 38000 (as per CHC Delhi's website it is Rs. 38000 (+Rs. 55 for processing the draft). However, I made the mistake of making the draft for @ the exchange rate of Rs. 38 for a Canadian Dollar .. for Rs. 43000
Also, I have addressed it "The Canadian High Commission" instead of "The Canadian High Commission".
I would like to know how much time will the CHC Delhi take to return my application so that I can apply apply. The draft is vaild for 6 month (as all the Indian Drafts are).
Please advise as I am worried now.

Please do not worry at all. The excess can be adjusted later on when you pay the right of permanent residence. It does not make much difference if you have put "The" or not put "The". The word Canadian High Commission is more important. Therefore u please do not worry. U will get an acknowledgement soon with File number. Goodluck!

Thanks for the kind and encouraging words ? Approximated how much times does it takes to get "AOR". I have applied sent the file to CHC Delhi on 14th Sept and it reached them on 15th Sept.
