PR question for married couple

I am a Canadian citizen and my wife is a Canadian permanent resident (just recently got it). She is indian citizen.

We are planning to move to usa. How does that affect my wifes PR status say if we plan to come after 7 years. Does she have to reapply for PR?

She will not lose her PR (as accompanying spouse of Canadian Citizen) as long as she remains married to you no matter where you live in the world
