How about Mississauga itself, since you are living their and are presumably familiar with it already.
Can't you find/anything/ in Mississauga for 450K?

i agree tht mississauga is a good place, but i don't want my kid's to be left out of indian community. what i don't know in mississauga is which are SAFE area, still with good indian locality.

I know there are lots of Indians in Eglinton/Hwy 10 Area. Also Dundas/Mavis Try that area.

Areas around Square 1 are pretty decent to buy homes. The general population are sucessful indian immigrants ( MOstly Indians) and can be considered the top priority. Esp around Eglington and Hurantario is good. Also 401 and Hurontario is also a nice area. Avoid ghettos like Hurontario and Queensway, Malton etc...
Also the area near Kipling Subway station / Islington can be considered if at all you will have jobs near the downtown area. These subways are the closest to Mississauga.
Healthcare is the same almost anywhere in the GTA and hence that canot be considered as a factor at all.
