If your uncle is sending an invite, ur parents may get visa... for u, in unemployed status, chances are very slim... They may suspect u going south of border in search of a job. And that will be reconfirmed by 1 way ticket.
Under any circumstances it is not adviceable to apply for a US visa within the 1st year of your PR in Canada. Most applicants I have known who ignorantly applied - have been rejected. Better, wait for atleast 1 year, establish ties with Canada (Job, Bank accounts, IT returns, Investments etc..) and then apply.
Always state the actual facts on the application - incorrect or false information will land you in trouble down the road.
Good luck.

Being un-employed, un-married and being in Canada for less than 1+Yr, it is almost ( 99.9% ) guaranteed that you will get rejected. Unless there is miracle you will not get a visa.
Also remember once you get rejected the decision remains on your file for 3 years.
So be careful before you apply. You don't want to mess up your future prospects too.
