I have applied for Citizenship in Sep 08 but my PR Card due for Expiry in Jan 2009,Do I have to Renew

If you are not planning to go out of Canada till you get your citizenship, you don't need to renew your PR card. But if you haven't finished your citizenship and need to travel outside Canada you'll need a renewed PR card. (Any travel after Jan 09, and an unfinished citizenship will require you a new card, if you avoid travelling after Jan 09 till you get citizenship, no need of new card).
