Most, if not all, of UN speaches are prepared beforhand and read in the session. Printed copies and their translations of the same are distributed as well. Very rarely do the speaker deviate from the printed and distributed text.

But My Question is ? where is confidence ? where is power to protect nation ? where is Anger ?
As a speaker , even he just read , he suppose to have the positive tone - i dont see any madness against attack.
by the way this is just my view but i dont see any power in his speach.

Appearance wise, yes, very true. But then, there are results. Jud has been banned, something which China blocked thrice in the past for Pak. But then again, everything is possibly decided behind the scenes and what is there in the session is more like presentation.
