Nope... it is not worth!
Masalas and cereals are easily available here and they are resonably priced, so don't worry about these items.
Thanks and regards.

Toronto and GTA are flooded with indian immigrants ( and other nations immigrants too) and there are plenty of desi stores in this area.

Canada...another name for struggle in life!
this title had me scared for a second.. i thought u meant "worth it to carry (other people's) groceries" as in work ...bagging groceries at a counter and then lugging 'em to a car...
jeez! ok, yeah.. no don't bring masalas and stuff here! dayom, I want to get RID of masalas n stuff from the GTA! It's literally **smelling** of curry everywhere.
plus, it's illegal to bring in foodstuffs from abroad. immigration usually confiscates any foreign foods.

i am back
Hi Beautysalon,
I don't think it's illegal to carry masala's & cereals. I heard that carrying foodstuff like dry fish, meat is illegal not masala's. I went through some old CDs post, there also one guy mentioned not to carry foodstuff like dry fish, meat. I think you have incomplete information!!!
