i have applied for UK visa and they have sent them it by express post. when i am trying to track my post in canada post it says "item arrived vancouver. item on hold." when i contacted canada post they are asking me to call Visa Services, UK Border Agency, Ottawa and remove the hold. can u pls get me the phone number to call them?
