Hello All,
I am looking for any good lawyer who can help me in getting visit visa for my mother. I haven't applied yet but don't want to do any lose attempt. Please let me know, if you know any good lawyer.
Regards
IMO, a lawyer is usually not needed for simple tourist visa applications.
If there are some unusual circumstances, then it's a different matter but if it's a fairly standard application, don't bother.
The form is very simple and the documents to be provided are simple as well.
In any case, you have to do most of the work yourself like write an invitation letter, collect documents to prove your financial status and residency status.
Your mother will have to provide documents from her side as well.
All the lawyer will do is assemble everything and send it.
This is not like a refugee claim or similar where you need legal representation.

Thanks for the reply.
No I don't have any special case, just want the visa application shouldn't reject.
Here is my questions,
I went to Canadian Immigration web site and select the "Visiting Canada: Temporary Resident Visas – How to apply" option. But it looks, my mother have to apply for her visit.
What is the procedure, I have to complete the application, attache invitation letter and send to my mother to send it to Canadian Embassy?
At what time, I have to show my bank statement, should I attached with application form?
Anybody provide me any sample invitation form. Please PM me sample invitation letter.
Thanks for the help.
Quote:Correct.

Quote:A 1-page letter stating that you are inviting your mother, she will be coming for tourism/visit purposes and she will be staying with you and you will be bearing all her travel and living expenses during this time.
Anybody provide me any sample invitation form.
