Anybody can advise me about to USA before getting Canadian Passport ?
I have job offer from USA based company and he is ready for H1-B visa, I have already applied for Canadian citizenship application. Can I go for work or I have to wait until I get my Canadian passprot ?

You have to be present in Canada to write the test and take the oath. Another problem is that once you get Canadian citizenship your Indian Passport becomes invalid (assuming that you are Indian). You will have to get Canadian Passport and transfer your H1B to the Canadian Passport. From the time of taking the oath to when you get your passport you don't have a valid passport and cannot leave Canada.
