Canadian Desi and its members and similar help lines have done an excellent job in providing services to 60% of the prospective Immigrants by providing guidance and TIMELY Help in their times of need. This has gone a long way with applications in the pre-immigration i.e., prior to, during and later on in their arrival here and also in settling down at various locations in Canada. At times the Immigrants themselves have helped each other unknowingly with their own experiences.

Similarly the Immigrant Help Centers, especially ones close by in Mississauga has gone a long way in helping to re-unite the immigrants with their families and in sponsorship process to the new arrivals. They have provided them with an insight into topics of interest by conducting numerous seminars on subjects of interest and help them with how to go about conducting their day to day operations and settle down here in Canada very successfully.

There is no such institution, which that has united many a people from different continents and help integrate them into this society and get them to settle down here and make the Immigration process a very smooth move.

It goes to show that a volunteer system such as this with numerous participants to help is a force that we can reckon with and the people who are conducting this website deserve a similar recognition.

I am humbled by this experience and would not have been possible without internet, a web site to go to and seek and those who appear on the scene from time to time and provide them with guidance and services.
