The link that Raj gave is for the Ministry. You can change your address on line. You do not have to send any documents anywhere. Just keep a print out of the address change. At the same time it is not mandatory to change the address for OCI. However for peace of mind if you want to it is fine. Should take about 5 minutes.

Most important - do not forget to carry the old passport with the visa sticker.
