Recently, My Nephew(Sister`s son) applied for student visa to continue his study at Windsor,Canada. I applied for 3 year diploma at St. Clair college,Windsor. He got the admission letter and We paid his initial fee to confirm his acceptance.
He is in Australia as a student from India. Since his college is closed, I decided to bring him here. He is suppose to start his college in September 2010.Now Candian consulate refused his visa application by indicating following reason:
1-you did not provide evidence of strong socio-economic ties to India.
2-you have not satisfied me that you will leave canada by the end of
the period authorized for your stay.
and they also included ...........
subsection 11(1) of the act states that \"a forging national must,
before entering canada, apply to an officer for a visa or for any other
document required by the regulations.the visa or document shall be
issued if,following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the
foreign national is not inadmissible and meet the requirements of this
act.\"
subsection2(1) specifies that unless otherwise indicated,references in
the act to\" this act\" include regulations made under it. following an
examination of your application,i m not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of the act and the regulations for the reasons explained
above .therefore i m refusing your application.
Is anybody can help me in finding the best lawyer so I can contact him for appealing this decision. I need some suggested names and phone numbers so I can contact them.
